Summary

Chronic pain is both a common and challenging problem in primary care settings. Approximately 116 million Americans have chronic pain. Pain accounts for up to 20% of all outpatient visits costing over $600 billion dollars per year in direct medical treatment and lost productivity costs. This module will help practices implement a systematic approach to managing patients with chronic pain.
